Customers have priority to renew their lessons for the following term before places are opened up to new swimmers. Rebooking letters will be sent to all customers towards the end of each term with renewal information and a re-enrolment deadline. An online re-booking form and full payment is required to secure the place on the next course.

I understand that bookings are taken on a termly basis and no refunds will be given once booking has been made. Lessons are not transferable.I have read the refunds & cancellations policy below. *

I give my consent and accept full responsibility for my child to participate in the course. If in the opinion of a medical practitioner, the necessity arises, I give consent for my child to be administered an anaesthetic or other emergency medical aid. *

Full payment for the swimming course is required at the time of booking. Please click on the Contact Us tab to enquire about payment details.

Refunds/Cancellations
No refunds are given should any lessons have to be cancelled for any reason outside the control of Alison Marks Swim School Ltd or if lessons are missed due to holidays, sickness or other absences. Should any lessons be cancelled due to closure of the pool by the schools themselves, due to adverse weather conditions, chemical imbalance, water clarity, swimmer sickness in the pool etc. we will do our best to add missed lessons at half term, at the end of the term or in the school holidays where possible, but no refunds can be issued. If customers cannot attend additional sessions, these lessons will be lost. Lessons are not transferable due to absence or illness.

A photographer may take photographs of swimming lessons & activities for promotional purposes. (eg.Facebook and Alison Marks Swim School website). Do you give permission for your children to be included in these photographs? *

Bookings are made on a termly basis (or for a block of 5 days in the school holidays). Please complete the Booking Form below ensuring you fill in all the required fields. Full payment is required to book a place on all swimming courses. Please email for further details if needed. Bookings are non-refundable once made.
